Did you know that goldfish eat boiled peas, flies and ants? It's true- we've put it to the test. A few weeks ago the 3 urchins each chose a goldfish for the tank, and we did a bit of google-ing to learn where they originate, how long they live (when doing better than average), what they eat etc. It was a great excuse for the boys to stomp on ants and race around with fly swats hunting down fish food! And quite entertaining to watch them (the fish) fight over a pea... Exciting stuff for a blog I know :)
