Here's my helpful little kitchen hand this evening. Sarah initially just watched happily as I began the crumbing process of eggplant slices. Before I knew it, she had proceeded dredging a slice around through the arrowroot too (which mostly got pushed off the plate onto the floor and her clothes)! I adapted an Eggplant Parmigiana recipe, using cornmeal for the crumbs- quite nice. I was trying to use up my $2 bag of eggplants.
