Happy Father's Day

Well Steve certainly didn't wake up to breakfast in bed this Father's day I'm sad to say. We were all still on the mend from the flu so it was actually Brasco's broth instead!! I did manage to finish off his gift earlier in the week though, and here it is on the handsome owner: (in case you can't read the front, it says- "My dad deserves a pat on the back!")

So it was a rather quiet day, although Steve did end up playing a bit of cricket (sit down version) with the boys in the afternoon. Sit down version is what you play when the boys are feeling energetic and asking you to play and you're not really feeling up to it, but to oblige them, you sit down to be bowler while they do the rest! A big pat on the back AND thumbs up for Dad :)
