Christmas in Melbourne

Some photos to remember our Christmas 09 by:

Uncle Sam's new hairdo! I didn't fully recognise him for a split second when we first arrived.
Worn out from all the exciting time with rellies...
Yummo- Sarah asked for the turkey drumstick
As we descended on the plane, Sarah reached her hand out to Caleb, saying "hold my hand, Caleb" - I guess she was on the verge of being scared or thought Caleb was! Very sweet though.
The boys helping cart luggage together as they anticipate the trip
Other memories:
  1. Games together one evening- lots of laughs

  2. Kris Kringle gift exchange on Christmas day. Right at the end, Steve (who was given the task of explaining the whole deal) said there was then 1 minute to go and steal whatever gift you wanted!! I though he was about to then declare- "just joking", but he didn't, so it was a huge scramble by everyone, actually, mostly the males. I noticed someone (not mentioning one brother- in- law's name) even ducked under a table to hide with his gift so he wouldn't be attacked for it! A bit dangerous to hand over the floor to Steve to run a game- but nonetheless, it sure made a memory to look back on.
  3. Card making and candle decorating with the lovely, talented Stampin Up demonstrator :)

  4. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed and were worn out by kicking a ball around in a squash court with their cousins

  5. Watching (my) nan & grampy as they enjoyed 'concert' items Christmas night

  6. Generally gas bagging with those there

  7. Tim on his drinking glass at the table
