Our little girl turned 3 today! She enjoyed receiving her gifts this morning- came downstairs to find a "pink house"- as she described her new dollhouse. The boys enjoyed some play with all the furniture and animals too :) Then we had a bit of time at an indoor playcentre. Sarah slowly found her way around, wasn't quite her usual self- here's a rather pensive look.
Tim, particularly, got stuck into the ball blaster,
while Caleb experimented with slowing himself down on the slides and even standing midway down!!
And here's the birthday girl who was pleased with her "girl cake". I thought I'd try out an actual strawberry shortcake recipe. Different to most cake textures- more like a scone actually, but delicious with cream and strawberries of course.

Happy Birthday lil' Sarah - we didn't forget you! Hope you had a lovely day and have a little parcel to deliver when we catch up (assuming that will be when bubs decides to arrive!!) Love to all -anticipating every phone call to have some great news...
